The wrinkles around his face and his sunken eyes appeared to tell a story in their personal, however, he was more interested in narrating the tale of the Paliwal Brahmins who used to live right here inside the 18th century.

The Legand of Kuldhara 

The Paliwals have been stressed by using the local Samant or the ruler and have been paying massive amounts of cash in the shape of taxes to them. But one great day,  the ruler apparently set his eyes on one of the ladies inside the network, likely the Chief’s daughter.  The Paliwals were given no choice within the remember and they had only a day to accept his concept. Overcome via regret and in desperation, the complete network left their homes and hearths behind, cursing the king, and escaped in the dying of the night.

Many testimonies floated around. Some say the “chudails” or ghosts walked around in the night, haunting the region. Others say that nobody lived here anymore as mysterious deaths have taken place. The silence becomes now not comforting. And then the voice of the old man floated in the air .“No one knew something approximately them, some say they got here from Pali in Jodhpur, a few say they went back to Pali however handiest their souls now rest in Kuldhara .”
